Monica brings over 2 decades of experience in health, life, and accident insurance, combining deep contract and product knowledge with a client-first approach. After working for two major National and Regional carriers, she launched Compass Consultants to provide a more personal and compassionate alternative to the traditional experience—placing proactive risk management first. Monica specializes in strategic benefits planning for employers, individual coverage optimization, and Medicare/Medicaid navigation. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that every client deserves clear guidance and trusted advocacy.
Jackson Coolahan
Partner & Lead Consultant
Jackson supports Compass Consultants with a focus on business development and client relationships. With over a decade of experience in customer service and as an entrepreneur, Jackson ensures that every interaction is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care.
