Monica brings over 2 decades of experience in health, life, and accident insurance, combining deep contract and product knowledge with a client-first approach. After working for two major National and Regional carriers, she launched Compass Consultants to provide a more personal and compassionate alternative to the traditional experience—placing proactive risk management first. Monica specializes in strategic benefits planning for employers, individual coverage optimization, and Medicare/Medicaid navigation. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that every client deserves clear guidance and trusted advocacy.
Jackson Coolahan
Partner & Lead Consultant
Jackson supports Compass Consultants with a focus on business development and client relationships. With over a decade of experience in customer service and as an entrepreneur, Jackson ensures that every interaction is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care. His ability to listen and connect helps Compass Consultants maintain strong, long-term client partnerships. Jackson is central to the firm’s mission of combining professional insights with a client-first approach.
